First things first folks...this is NOT a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Different Hell's Kitchen. Different universe. No shouting. No beef Wellington judgments. Relax. I stopped in for breakfast on a whim and immediately fell in love with the place. It's quirky, playful, and clearly leans into its own personality rather than trying to be something it's not. The vibe alone makes it memorable. I ordered the "Jolly-Quiles," their clever spin on chilaquiles, and it was absolutely fabulous. Paired with a Bloody Mary that was excellent and one of Buddy's Orange Sodas, which somehow tasted like pure nostalgia in a bottle...outstanding. One small curiosity: they open at 7:30am, but alcohol service doesn't start until 8:00am. Not a dealbreaker by any stretch, just a mildly strange choice for those of us who believe brunch beverages are a lifestyle, not a suggestion. Bottom line: fantastic breakfast, fun atmosphere, and genuinely great food. Pro tip! Do NOT leave without buying the peanut butter to take home. You'll regret it if you don't TRUST ME!

Doesn't matter how many times I come here, it's always perfect. Servers like Morgin and LJ are THE VEST EVER! I love their vibes!!! Food is always the best. Wild rice porridge is my weakness, and every time I am in town, I MUST have it!!!! Drinks are tasty too, but even just the coffee itself is solid!

We went here for mother's Day. The service and food were all excellent. We had a party of ten and everyone really enjoyed there food. I had the ribs with two amazing sides. We also tried the rhubarb dessert wow very good. I highly recommend eating here. We will definitely be back.

Ness and Sidney (sp?) were amazing. Sidney sat us and was very helpful when asked for drink recommendations. Ness made our night. She was warm, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made us feel like we were regulars and went well above and beyond to make our first visit memorable. Or maybe this is just her baseline and we are not used to ppl being so welcoming and happy while serving customers anymore. Either way, we have already agreed to come back and hope to see the same staff next time. Oh, and please do order the cheese curds and red pepper jelly. Then order the jelly with everything else too! 🤌🏾

Almost everything about this place is fantastic. My husband and I came in on a Saturday night. The ambiance has a fun yet chill vibe and features some amazing gonzo-style art by Ralph Steadman that fits the space perfectly. Courtney Burton was there with her jazz band which the perfect volume. I’m deaf in one ear and, even sitting in the front near the stage, I could still hear my husband speaking to me at only slightly higher than normal volume but not too much. The menu said these are the best cheese curds which is a bold statement considering I have road-tripped around Wisconsin finding the best cheese curds. These are truly the very best we’ve found, and the dipping sauce that goes with it is flavorful and better than ranch. I had the bison quesabirria and it was perfection. The tacos held their structure and weren’t soggy and were really flavorful. The consomme was also really flavorful and a fantastic consistency and wasn’t watery at all. The chips, queso, and salsa verde that came on the side were also really great- the queso had a creamy consistency and was not at all runny. As a transplanted Texan to the Midwest, I’m so glad to have finally found flavorful food. It isn’t a Tex-Mex copy, but honestly they took a Tex-Mex concept and elevated it. My husband chose the prime rib sandwich and also really liked it. The bread was nicely toasted so that it would hold its structure and not get soggy in the au jus, which was also the most perfect consistency. The fries were crispy and topped with dry rub. We ordered the brownie and aromatic bitters for dessert. The brownie wasn’t too dense or rich and really hit the spot. My husband said the bitters shot was very aromatic and herby. As far as the food goes, it was as close to perfect as I’ve found. As a heads up, this isn’t a restaurant you go to in a hurry. Plan to go slow and take your time. The food takes time to prepare, so that part is fine, but refills, etc. are slow. The servers are fun, friendly, and

Overall a good experience! The menu, however, was difficult to choose food from. The food also takes a minute to prepare so definitely glad we got a couple of apps. What we tried: Deviled Eggs 10/10 Not unique, very basic deviled eggs. With that said, why fix something that isn’t broke? I enjoyed them a lot. Cheese curds 10/10 Yum! Loved the jam sauce they came with. Solid apps. Castle Danger Cream Ale 10/10, of course. Cesar salad 10/10 We added grilled chicken. Best Cesar salad I’ve had! I’m coming back just to eat it again. Bison Birria Tacos 7/10 They didn’t come with onion and cilantro… Huevos Rancheros 4/10 A little too much going on here. We didn’t like that much stuff piled on top of each other. Musician was good, atmosphere was good and the hostess was very nice and checked in on us to make sure it’s not too loud.

Stopped by this little gem in Minneapolis, after a recommendation from a business partner. Was NOT disappointed. Parking was literally 50 feet away, and I was seated instantly, next to an outlet so I could charge my phone, as I requested. My waiter (Higgins) had excellent recommendations, and my food was out in less than five minutes. Didn't have to ask for a drink refill, didn't have to ask for extra sauce; didn't have to ask for anything. My guy was on it. Atmosphere is relaxed with a bit of city vibe added in. Definitely a go-to spot. Will be coming back next time I'm in the cities.

The Bison birria tacos are perfection. Great food, great atmosphere and great service...the holy (or in this case, unholy) trifecta. Don't sleep on the $3 mystery beers at happy hour 😉. Kyle is a top notch bartender.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Combined with delicious gluten free options that were clearly marked on the menu and well understood by staff, this has been the highlight of my work trip to Minneapolis! Highly recommend the bison quesabiirria tacos!

Had breakfast at Hell’s Kitchen and honestly… this place hits. Kept it simple with an iced tea, ricotta lemon pancakes, and their thick-cut bacon with fresh fruit. The pancakes were super light and fluffy, with just the right hint of lemon. Not too sweet, not too heavy. The ricotta gave it that extra smooth, creamy texture, and the berries on top made it even better. Now the bacon… this was the star for me. Thick, crispy on the edges, a little caramelized, and full of flavor. Definitely not your average bacon. Service was solid and the whole place just has a cool, laid-back vibe. You can tell it’s a spot locals and visitors both enjoy. If you’re in Minneapolis, this is an easy yes for breakfast.
